If you were a cooking pro and love to teach others the tricks of the trade, how cool would it be to start your own cooking school? I think its super cool and impressive too. You need to do a lot of work and have even more willpower to make it happen. Recently I found out that Pui has all of these trades in store.
To kick off her private cooking classes, she asked Sharon and myself to come down and give her class a try, and it was amazing. Pui is super knowledgeable (she did the ‘Professional Thai Cuisine’ course at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Academy in Bangkok – and finished it top of her class!) and loves to talk about food and teach how to prepare the best Thai Dishes. During the class we prepared Pad Thai with Prawns, Spicy Thai Beef Salad (or Yam Nua Yang in Thai) and Massaman Curry with Chicken. It was delicious and so much fun!
Luckily I brought my camera along to capture all the yummieness. And as they say a picture speaks a thousand words – so I’ll let the pictures do the talking!
Besides amazing Thai cooking classes, Pui also has a great Facebook page and website on which she shows how you can prepare all this good food at home. Make sure to follow her – or even better, join one of her classes!
