Phuket Vegetarian Festival – Part II

Last night we went to see another culturally festive evening of the Phuket Vegetarian Festival. This time there would be a Hot Water-Bathing and a Nail Bridge Ritual. Both happening on the same location and taking place at the same time. We arrived in time, so we had some time to go into the Cherng Thalay Shrine before the rituals would start. There were some lovely gentleman who explained the way of praying to us, and what kind of wishes we should make at each God. It was very interesting to see that we were welcomed with open arms.

Here are some photo’s of the evening itself.
